Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Trial Period

We offer a 14-day free trial for all new institutional registrations. No credit card or upfront payment is required during this period. We encourage users to fully explore the platform's features before committing to a paid subscription.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your Institution Dashboard or by contacting our support team at contact@digiogram.com.

• Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
• No further charges will be applied once the cancellation is processed.
• Data export services are available for 30 days following cancellation.

3. Refund Eligibility

Due to the digital nature of our SaaS service and the provision of a free trial, refunds are generally processed under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate Payment: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same billing cycle.
• Technical Failure: If the service was unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours due to our system failure.
• Unauthorized Charge: If you can prove the charge was made without your consent.

* Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the transaction date.

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (Bank Account, Credit Card, or UPI) within 5-7 business days.
