Terms of Service

By registering an account on Digio Gram ERP, your institution ("the Tenant") agrees to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Definitions

• "Platform" refers to Digio Gram ERP cloud software and mobile applications.
• "Tenant" refers to the institution (School, Library, Coaching) that creates an account.
• "Admin" refers to the primary authorized representative of the Tenant.
• "Service" refers to the SaaS modules provided by Digio Gram.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

Tenants agree NOT to:

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the platform.
• Use the platform for sending spam or unsolicited commercial messages.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or illegal content.
• Share administrative credentials with unauthorized third parties.

3. Subscription & Payments

Services are billed monthly or annually. We use Razorpay for secure payment processing. Billing occurs in advance of the service period. For details on refunds, please refer to our Refund Policy.

4. Data Ownership & Intellectual Property

The Tenant retains 100% ownership of all institutional and student data uploaded to the platform. Digio Gram ERP owns all rights, title, and interest in the software code, UI design, and underlying algorithms.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digio Gram ERP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Tenant in the 3 months preceding the claim.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with a 30-day notice. Digio Gram reserves the right to suspend accounts immediately in case of fraudulent activity or non-payment of dues exceeding 15 days.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sonipat, Haryana.
